Description:

What is an ally? Why do allies in the workplace matter? What if I mess up? Are there steps I can take to help our workplace be more inclusive for LGBTQ+ colleagues?

Participants will hear local stories, review LGBTQ terminology, examine relevant data, learn individual and team strategies to be a better ally, and become familiar with local and national resources.
