Bringing Pride & Purpose to Charlotte
At the heart of our mission is creating spaces where LGBTQ+ individuals, families, and allies feel supported, connected, and empowered. Through community gatherings, advocacy, and education, we work to strengthen relationships, uplift voices, and build a more inclusive Charlotte.

The need for our work has never been more urgent. As barriers rise in our schools, healthcare, and legislature, your generosity provides the support, advocacy, and connection that brings people together and reminds our Charlotte neighbors they are never alone. Your gifts provide critical support to allies, LGBTQ+ community members, parents, and caregivers. Here are a few of the ways we bring our Pride & Purpose to life:
Family Connections Events
Gathering our community at Family Connections events where kids can play and caregivers can meet one another.
Community Check-Ins for Support
Supporting parents, caregivers, allies, and LGBTQ+ folks at Community Check Ins where they can share, listen, and care. We hosted 25 meetings in 2025 for folks looking for support in Charlotte.
Advocacy for Equality and Representation
Advocating at the local and national level for representation, justice, and equitable laws. Our Advocacy Committee provides tangible ways to engage in this work through virtual meetings and highlighting opportunities through PFLAG National.
Community Outreach & Education
Leading the Charlotte community through outreach, education, and community presence. Last year, we reached over 1,700 people through our community outreach and education efforts!
